If you thought bread was fun?? Then you’re the perfect candidate for making your own pasta from scratch!! Once you’ve tasted the difference between store bought dry pasta and homemade- you’ll never go back. It can be eaten fresh, or frozen or dried and stored. We’ll explore a range of different regional pasta dough making from traditional Italian egg based to Japanese buck wheat soba style. Come get your noodle on!!
