Do you love a good pickle? Wanna learn just how easy it is to make your own?! We’ll take a little introductory tour of the age-old practices for making those sweet, and/or salty, tangy (maybe spicy?) bites that make everything taste better. From a simple “quick” pickled veggies made with vinegar and salt, to the more nuanced art of fermenting- We’ll consider food preserving, probiotics and the gut health benefits- as well as sustainable food preparation. Waste not! Want not! (And have something tasty to show for it!)
