Once you’ve stocked up on a few jars of pickles and ferments at home…maybe you’d like to know how grandma kept all those goodies in the pantry all winter?! We’ll introduce you to the art of both “hot water bath” and pressure canning techniques- that will allow you to “put back” just about any extra produce or products from your garden or kitchen. From pickles, to fresh veggies, fruits, jams, jellies- or soups and stews- we’ll cover how to preserve and can safely and deliciously.
