Join us for a creative and eco-friendly summer camp where imagination meets sustainability! In the Recycled Assemblage camp, kids will dive into the world of upcycling and reusing materials to create unique, one-of-a-kind art pieces and functional projects. Throughout the week, campers will explore different art forms, using everyday discarded items such as plastic bottles, old newspapers, cardboard, and fabric scraps to build sculptures, functional gadgets, and even wearable art! They’ll learn the importance of recycling and how to think outside the box (literally!) to make something beautiful and useful. By the end of the adventure, campers will not only have a deeper appreciation for recycling but will also leave with a collection of their own handmade creations, ready to inspire others with their eco-conscious innovation.

This class will meet in person at the Living Arts & Science Center. Parents should provide two peanut free snacks, one lunch, and a personal water bottle for their child.
